Chris   Dietrich    is    a  Canadian   folk-rock, 

singer-songwriter.  He  picked  up the guitar at a young  child and never stopped performing and writing.   He  used  his  musical  talent,  and  film training   to   choreograph   dances   for   school productions,  then  went  on  to write songs and produce music videos. 

 

Dietrich  has  released  6  original recordings for online streaming and directed 3 music videos of his  own  music.  He is inspired by musicians like Sam  Roberts,  Jim Morrison, and Jack Johnson, as  heard  in  his  introspective  lyrics. In his early days,    he    played   mostly   “unplugged”   soft rock  and is now experimenting with pop music, juxtaposing  electronic  beats  with  his  acoustic guitar. 

 

As  a  performer,  he first played in a house band as    lead    vocalist /guitarist   at   the   Capilano Suspension   Bridge   Park.   When   opportunity presents  itself,  he  enjoys playing at local pubs, community   events,   and  open  mic  venues  in both  Vancouver, Canada and London, England.
